I can't stress enough how much I recommend steering clear of this place.

Honestly, it started off alright. I paid for next day delivery, and it showed up in the morning just like they said. Tried it on, and it seemed fine. I went for the biggest size even though I'm a size 12, but it fit a bit oddly—baggy around the belly but snug on the arms. I had a wedding to attend the next day, so I figured I’d keep it.

On the wedding day, though, the dress was a disaster. The seams were coming apart all over, and I was seriously worried it would just fall off. The elastic on the sleeves was sticking out, making me look a total mess in the photos. Looking back, it was a letdown. I only paid £30, so I didn’t expect top-notch quality, but this was way below par—more like something from Primark.

I decided to reach out to them politely, attaching photos and explaining the situation without asking for a refund just yet. Crickets. I sent four more messages after that.

Finally, 22 days later, I got a response claiming they hadn’t seen my messages (really? In 22 days?) and asked if I had emailed them. Their contact section says you can use messenger or email, so I was confused. That was just the beginning of the terrible customer service.

After a few more ignored messages, one finally got a response, and they said they’d send me a prepaid label! Great, right? But then, 10 days later, I got a package, and it wasn’t a return label—it was a replacement dress.

So, back to messenger, and guess what? Ignored again. By this point, I had ordered the dress two months ago. I told them, “Just got a dress, no returns label,” and got ignored. I tried again, “Hello, can someone assist?” Ignored. “I’ve paid for my own postage to send both dresses back; can you process my refund?” Read and ignored.

Whoever is in charge of this company, your customer service is appalling. It’s unacceptable how you treat customers seeking refunds. If you didn’t sell such cheap, low-quality clothes and pretended they were something special, you wouldn’t have to deal with half the refund requests you do.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. It’s been three months, and still no refund. Rude.

Great online store - I got a dress for my daughter - it’s a gorgeous piece, but unfortunately, it was a tad too large for her. We were juggling a lot at home and ended up losing the return slip. A quick email to them and they got back to us super quick, providing all the info we needed to sort it out - we even got updates on when our return was processed. Really pleased with the customer service we got and I’ll definitely be shopping here again.

I was really impressed with the quality and overall experience of the dress I got from Miss G Couture. I needed something special for our wedding anniversary while we were at Reids Palace in Madeira. This iconic pink hotel caught my eye, and I found the Alexa sequin off-the-shoulder pink dress online. I ordered both a small and a medium since I'm 5 foot 3 and usually wear a size 8 (on good days😂) or 10. I made sure to add a note about when I needed the dresses and opted for express delivery. To my surprise, they showed up the very next day! Both dresses were lovely, but the size 10 fit me better, so I returned the 8. Today, I got a message confirming that the full refund for the returned dress was processed, and Georgina even emailed me personally to let me know. The dress is of great quality and fairly priced. I'm thrilled to support this small British business. I highly recommend checking out Miss G Couture.
